Hi ladies, now isn't that amazing! I found this blog that i lost my password on, and finally i can log in. Whew! Since 2010, really? I mean girlfriend, get a grip! You've been away all this time? But why? You could have contacted google for help- they are nice people enough they would have helped you out to get logged back in.

Alright enough of me self bashing.

Now ladies, you know how we have a million and one things to do as women and we find ourselves juggling so many things and wearing many hats? We should get a medal just for that.

Now down to business.

SO WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME?

By popular demand we added a flagship gifts store with some afrocentric themes for all. UPDATE 2025:Sorry we discontinued it! The shea butter and argan oil is still available though :)
By popular demand our natural hair care and skin care products went live. Thanks ladies, couldn't have done it without you amazing, supportive, and inspiring clients. If I ever win the lottery, we are going on a cruise...a good one!

CoLyfeRaw moisturizers, hair detangling cream, that I also use in my arsenal of tricks to unravel locs for loc removal service. Right now the moisturizers are on upalmit.com

I moved and am sharing a house with a good friend. Love my own driveway and safe place to park the car, and forget it!

Oh! Just remembered- maintaining life with diabetese now. I know, those long hours working to fit clients in and not eating till I was finished for the day late at night just wasn't any good. I'm managing well, thank you for all your well wishes and get back to work!

Oh and check this out: I have a HUGE FAN! Naming herself Treebraids by Kaale on facebook- just saw that last month. Now she changed her actual name to include Kaale too. Tickled.

We are so tickled that we logged into our blog after 6 long years and with all the good (and bad) things that have made me (and us) to be the resilient people that we are, I believe we need to keep in touch more. We need to draw strength from each other. We need to see that whatever we each accomplished can be accomplished by any one of us. We need to know that.
